Hi, i have a problem, i need to restore Andorid on my chuwi, but I don’t undertand how i can do it.
i found on this Forum the Tutorial for the Vi 10 plus, but don’t work it form me, because i have installed Intel Platform Flash Tool Lite 5.5.2.0 but when i turn on my chuwi on DNX FASTBOOT MODE, and connect it to my pc, nothingh is showed on my pc. so i don’t know how install it.

i have downloaded Andord and Windows from there, and my serial is Hi10 HQ64G42171103949

there is anyone that can help me ?

You have to install the Intel tool drivers on the PC.
You can also try it with Intel Phone flash tool, also installing its drivers.

Make a Windows image first if you want to keep your data, since when you reinstall Android, you will lose Windows and you will have to reinstall it.

I found the answer. guy

  1. Right-click on intel android AD.
  2. Click Update Driver
  3. Browse my computer for driver software
  4. Let me pick from a list of device ~~~~~~~~~
  5. Android Device
  6. Android ADB interface
  7. Have disk … android_winusb.inf select - open

i succesfull got my chuwi listed as above, but the intel plattform flash tool is not showing the device

any ideas?
