RZBOX AMD Ryzen 5800H - Bluetooth Not Working + Missing Multimedia Driver

BLUETOOTH: I first noticed my Bluetooth not working trying to connect my new iPhone 15 to Windows Phone Link. There is no Bluetooth listed at all in Device Manager. I had to purchase a USB Bluetooth dongle to connect my iPhone.

MULTIMEDIA DRIVER: I noticed that the multimedia driver is missing in device manager when I was trying to figure out why I don’t have audio after my system wakes up from sleep. I have tried to update the driver but under properties, it says:
The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
There are no compatible drivers for this device.
To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.
When I do that it says Windows could not find a driver for your device.

Could you please send us a picture of the Serial number? We are not able to find it in our system

When I remove the USB Bluetooth adapter I purchased I no longer have any Bluetooth in my Device Manager. I added the drivers the you sent but still no Bluetooth.

@manonegra do you know why this could be, do you think is hardware?

I have no idea why it disappeared, I was hoping you might know why or how I can get it working.
