The sound is not working

I bought a Hi10X tablet with keyboard and I was updated I have windows 10 and the sound has stopped working. I have read all the messages of the chuwi forums installed drivers and I can hear the sound if I connect some headphones but if I remove them an x appears in the sound sign and I do not hear anything.

I sent an email to Chuwi and nobody has answered me.
Is it working in Windows 10?.
Because I tried in Windows 10 and isnt working too.

From what little I can see and from what you’ve said, it seems that your device is a Hi10xpro tablet, running Android. You’re writing in the 7th thread about the Hi10x, which is a Windows device, which has us confused. Since your tablet’s operating system is Android, all the drivers are included in the system, which is closed, and there’s no possibility of installing any driver separately. You should comment on what happened to make you lose sound, if you installed any App that could have made any changes to the software before thinking that it could be hardware or having to reinstall to factory settings.
