Thinking about ordering Minibook X N150 but

While researching new laptops on the market I found the Minibook X with many great reviews. I however found this on the Amazon site related to this product:

Also noticed there are no service centers in the USA for Chuwi products, which is troubling to me.

Might Chuwi be thinking of establishing a USA service center sometime in the future? And what about that return rate?

Right now we only have Centers in Europe and Hong Kong . China. Unless we grow On USA it wont be possible to have a repair center there, we have already a warehouse, but too much competition with other brands, US customers prefer other brands,so its hard. I apologize.
