About a few months ago, I ordered a Chuwi Herobook 14"1. The charger to the laptop has since been stolen, and I’ve only recently tried to purchase a replacement. At first, I contacted Chuwi’s support email to find out where to buy a charger, but they only sent me a link to purchase a new one with no description, which was unhelpful. Then, I tried buying a universal charger from a tech shop near me, and it fit the charging port, but even the highest voltage couldn’t get it to boot, it would just light up for a few seconds and black out again.
If anyone knows where I can get a new charger that works or if I can order a new one, or if my computer just happens to be dead, please let me know as soon as you can!
The problem is not the charger, which is 12 volts and 2 amps, but has the correct plug to connect it, respecting the polarity. My advice is to buy a charger on Amazon with multiple pins, like the link below. With it you can load the HeroBook.:
