Shortcuts of the F-keys (Brightness, volume, pause) do not work

I have a Lapbook pro that I just acquired today, I already set my Language and everything is great, except that the functions of the F Keys do not work (they do not function to lower or raise brightness and the same with vOlumen

Have you tried pressing the Fn and the corresponding function key?

For the keyboard backlight you press Fn Esc. Medium brightness, full brightness and off :slight_smile:

HeroBook Pro does not have a backlit keyboard
