i bought a chuwi ubook pro 8100y version. After windows 10 update,the touch screen became less repsonsive, so tried some solutions on this forum:
1)reset
2)the driver solution: [Ubook Pro] [Official Version] Ubook Pro windows, drivers, Hipen H6 /H5 driver.
I tried to install UBook Pro 8100I followed the guide meticolsfully).
Finally i unistalled every driver, and my chuwi became a fanastic notebook without touchscreen.
Have you got tips or solution,i contacted the europe support but it’s been two days without answers,

Hi. I had same problem that my ubook pro 8100y became a fanastic notebook.Then finally I fixed it.
In my case, I noticed that IC version displayed on the tool(GTPV4.6.7.0-20180420) was old, it was 00_03_03.
The tool has the feature to update firmware, you can find in [Tool -> TP IC Firmware Update]. There are also newer firmware named ‘GT7385P_01.03.60(51D5)_WinDef.bin’, it can be used.
I think this operation should be written in the document, but it was not.
Can you explain the procedure to solve the problem better? I also have this problem and also for me the update to use hipen h6 from 00.03.03
