My touch screen and pen no longer work. Is there a fix for this? I have received no replies to my emails from Chuwi support team.
I don’t know how much help this will be but I had a similar problem about a month ago. I noticed I had a flagged item in device manager (can’t remember what) but it had a “problem”. I removed the offending item, restarted and to my surprise everything was working again. To open device manager simply type “devmgmt.msc” on the search in your task bar.
