PROBLEM: The keyboard and the touchpad don’t work.

Hi, I just bought a Chuwi Ubook N4100 and finished the preinstalled windows 10. But the magnetic keyboard and touchpad don’t work. I tried to reinstall the drives but the problem persists. I cant understand if the keyboard is broken or it is just a software or drives the problem. Could you help me, please? Thanks

Hi, try with a complete Windows reset.i had a problema like you,solved in this way

Thank you, I tried but the problem is still. I reinstalled windows, a new installation, but after that, the problem with the keyboard is the same, doesn’t work. Thanks for your suggestion.
