Haven’t used the stylus in at least a month so I don’t know exactly when it stopped working. Thought it was the battery but when I replaced it still wasn’t working.
Tried updating drivers from what I’ve seen on the forum, with no results.
From what I’ve seen the stylus driver is supposed to be named Goodix, but mine is missing.
I believe it’s a driver issue since the camera sensor drivers also don’t work (Code 10, STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE) but tbh I don’t care about them compared to stylus support.
Did everything as it says in the document, according to it the driver was installed correctly but it still doesn’t work. Is it possible it’s the pen itself and is there a way to test it?
I really wouldn’t want to order another just to find out it was the tablet’s fault all along.
If anything else doesn’t work, I will probably reinstall Windows alltogether. Are the drivers and OS from support.chuwi.com the latest?
Tell them that you installed the patch for H7 and still dont work. I will ask my colleagues to answer you. When you know the ticket number pelase tell me.
While support hasn’t helped for 2 weeks, I managed to find the “problem”. Someone on the forum said that holding the side buttons on the pen for a few seconds made it turn on, or switched a mode. That worked and I’m so mad that it was such a simple “fix”.
