UBook X 12" Intel i5-10210Y 12+512G has stylus problem

My Serial number is YUbokXCW3H231000629

I bought this in Chuwi.com

In 08/08/24 I believe.

My Stylus H7 isn’t working as it used to. I’m not sure if it’s related to Windows 11 Version 24H2. Sometimes it appears, but mostly it’s not even visible on the screen, or it doesn’t work as a normal pen.

Previously, I used the UBook X Patch for H6 & H7, but it no longer works as it used to.

I thought it was Intel Bluetooth even, so I updated it, but still nothing.

I went to support.Chuwi, but I don’t know how the drives and OS work, it doesn’t seem to find the instructions to know how to use them.

But I also wondering if you have a new update on the firmware patch for this.

we dont have any more patches because its a discontinued product. It probably is the update

Hi, Thank you for replying, but I’ve two questions.

One: which one to install first drive or Windows?
Two: In Drive Installation tutorial, I think I found a problem, I don’t find unknown drive or that is called Goodix Touch HID touch drive in my Device Manager.
I’m sending the image, what I see in my Device Manager, any suggestions what I should do next?
