I was given a brand new CHUWI Larkbox X N100 and I was wondering whether or now I can expand ram from 12GB to 16GB or, even better 32GB. Is it possible? Thanks in advance!

No, you can read the specs and see that it mentions LPDDR5. No LP- RAMs are user upgradeable, they are soldered to the motherboard.
