Urgent Help Need: Missing Software, touchpad not working, number key doesn't function

I purchased GemiBook 1 year ago. Due to some cause, laptop software got corrupted. However, I reinstalled window 11, but some functions are not working, specially touchPad, and numbering key.

I am from Nepal and here is no any repair center nearby. I also tried to findout software online, but I didn’t successful. Please help me to fix out my problem. My device serial no is ZGemBXAY1H21101604.

The problem might be that you didn’t back up your drivers. Windows has system restore options in its settings.

You can also create a recovery USB drive.

The serial number has 19 digits.

Since you’ve already installed Windows, you’re missing the drivers, which you can check in Device Manager.

You can use the Snappy driver installer.
