It is absolutely possible to use a thinner bezel without a punch hole e.g. Dell XPS, Huawei matebook x. Of course it will be more expensive.
Dear Maria, thanks for replying to the forum. It’s great someone from Chuwi is responding to the forum again. For next version of Minibook X. Please suggest to your boss that a battery with larger capacity is a must. If you can, please use a better trackpad. The current trackpad is not sensitive enough to support 3-finger swiping and pinching to zoom-in/zoom-out. Of course, if the price will not increase much, a slightly larger display to reduce the bezel will be welcome. But no hole in the display please. Thanks.

noted, from now on, i will have a doc in which i will write all the suggestion made, to change the products and i will pass it to the tech guys so at least they know what people think. So everybody is free to suggest and make me an @ if not maybe i will pass the post¡ in the Suggestions area i am going to create another category for this.
If you can use the same chasis, with same pocessor, ram and SSD and add the following while keeping the price under 500 USD it will be instabuy for most people:
- Thinner screen bezels
- Larger capacity battery (at least 8h of run time)
- Fingerprint reader
- Better trackpad for 3 and 4-finger recognition. The current one, while usable, as @albertserene just pointed out, is not very responsive when you use three or four fingers.
Thank you so much for your reference, I brought my old eloop power bank which support 12V 1.5A to charge the MiniBook X n100 and surprisingly it charges!! It might be slow charging but it’s alright since I will have to work on 2 laptops anyway. Charging it while not using it would be fine to me.

Here’s my 5 cents as an N5100 Minibook owner, from most important:
- Bring back stylus support.
- Larger battery
- Screen without hole with bezels like the N5100 Minibook (could be without camera)
- N200 or similar processor with a bit more graphics performance
- SD or MicroSD reader
- Fingerprint scanner
