I’ve not got enough, I need more, is there a registry hack or something?
The problem I have is with Ham Radio Deluxe (HRD free ver) program connecting to the Computer Aided Tuning (CAT) port of my ham radio (FT-875D), I have the CAT to BT adapter. I can connect with no problem using the USB cable, and it also works with my desktop PC both USB and a plug-in BT dongle as well, and it looks like it uses ports 5 and 6 for both, but when I use the HI10 bluetooth the software only sees ports 1 & 2, there’s no 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 to be found. I even tried disabling the HI10 BT and using the PC dongle instead, but that only shows port 1 & 2 as well.
Is it limited somewhere or somehow? I’d like wireless control to be possible for portable/mobile use, wires get in the way. It would be a lot more convenient if I could get it to work. I have wireless PTT (remote speaker/mic) already, just need remote rig control now.
Ideas welcome (if this isn’t too nerdy a question). BTW, I do use BT for the mouse and sometimes a keyboard, but there should be enough to go around I’d have thought.
