Hello, I am planning to upgrade my CHUWI AuBox i9‑13900HK to 64 GB RAM using this kit: G.Skill RipJaws Series SO‑DIMM 64 GB (2×32 GB) DDR4 3200 MHz CL22 (1.2 V).

I wanted to ask if anyone has tried this specific kit in an AuBox and can share their experience:

  • Did it boot correctly?

  • Does it run at 3200 MHz in dual‑channel?

  • Any stability or compatibility issues?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Well,

I finally bought it and after a few days started to have problems. Black screen, etc.

Now I reverted to original 16G module and everything is ok.

Please, can anyone tell if you have experience upgrading memory and specific model used?

You can check the 16GB memory; besides the memory type, it has several parameters that must be the same in the memory you’re going to buy.

For example, the voltage must be the same
