The Aupad doesn’t have Google Mobile Services by default making all my subscribed Google apps not working. Frustrating!
You may have the Chinese version installed.

You can ask the seller.
You can ask Chuwi support.
You can return it and buy one with the software for your country.
Yea you might need to flash the firmware yourself if you not going to return it, just file a report to Chuwi support and they will assist you with the global firmware download link and a tutotial. Its really easy if you have some simple knowledges for flashing android stuffs.
Contacted Chuwi Customer Service and they sent me the flash Rom. All set now!
