Hello, i am aware Chuwi by design does not supply OS updates unless major changes.
I have an AUPAD, and works perfectly, but the last security updates were 13 months ago. As The device has Android on Vanilla spec should’t update or pull security updates at least?
If you have Aupad 14, it will be updated to Aupad 15 in June, you will receive a notification of the tablet

Не находит обновление android 15. В System Update находит обновление, но не скачивает (сообщение: timeout). Нахожусь в России. Можете прислать обновления?
Why does my Chuwi AuPad doesn’t have google play store? I mean I downloaded it thru this specific app that this tablet has, and it says, “google play store keeps on stopping. “ Also, the apps were in Chinese. It can’t turn into English no matter what I do. I tried downloading the “OurPlay” which is a Chinese app version I think of the Google play store, I wanted to export the apps outside the “OurPlay,” but I can’t ‘cause I have to pay for it. What theeeee. Please help me. I don’t know if I’m the only who is experiencing this kind of situation in this tablet.
You may have the Chinese version installed.

You can return it and buy one with the software for your country.
Hello. I already processed a return/refund through Shopee, where I bought it. The item was delivered to the seller on November 5, 2025, and Shopee’s app even notified me of the delivery. However, on November 8, 2025, I was surprised because the item was retrurned to me, as the seller refused to accept it. I even stated my reason that I can’t use it because I can’t understand the language of the tablet. I don’t know what to do anymore. Is it possible to pursue legal action against them?
