Hi, i bought my aupad from Aliexpress, with the serial ZAuPadKK2A250602727 and it comes with Chinese rom without the google services, is there anyway you can provide me the Global firmware which have all the google play services included and a simple tutorial on how to flash firmware to aupad? Thank you so much.

You can ask the seller how long you have to return it.

When you purchase a product, you can ask what operating system it comes with and if it has the operating system used in your country.

You can contact support and ask if they have the operating system you want.

Got the reply from Chuwi support and managed to convert my Aupad to global firmware,thanks for all the help, problem solved :blush:

My aupad is still stuck softbricked after a update error can the support DM me I need the stock to recover

You must go to the Chuwi website, to the support section, and enter your serial number.

In the phoneā€™s recovery menu, thereā€™s a factory reset option; thereā€™s a factory reset option on your device.

On the support page, you can download the operating system and drivers: have you checked?

So they cat fished you with a Hipad file? none of that is for the Aupadā€¦ Why anyone wouldnt double check a file is just ridiculously lazy like why even ā€œhelpā€ in the first place. Chuwi still hasnt responded for a simple rom file, Why any of you would just let a rich ass company slide on helping there customers is just sad.
