I have a CHUWI AuBox model SAUBoxUZ1C250500315 Type CW1603 mini PC and I’m experiencing a serious issue with eGPUs:
When I connect an eGPU, Windows starts but crashes with dxgkrnl.sys, resulting in a black screen after the CHUWI logo.
I’ve tested all available BIOS options: HSBAR disabled, Fast Boot disabled. Nothing has resolved the issue.
In Safe Mode, the eGPU works normally, which shows that the problem comes from the full initialization of Windows drivers and the BIOS/PCIe.
I really don’t understand this, especially since my mini PC also exists in a version with a native Oculink port. A modern machine shouldn’t have this much difficulty. I can’t even return the mini PC because it has been removed from sale on AliExpress by CHUWI, so the return option is no longer available. I couldn’t have known about this problem before purchasing, and I feel a bit misled.
Do you have any solution for this?
