Bad customer service! No answer from support since september last year, laptop is in repair since august

Hello,

i bought a chuwi minibook x last year in sale and was heavily satisfied with the device.
Unfortunately, it did stop working. It wont turn on again.

I wrote the customer service and send the device in for repair and received an answer, that my minibook has an defective motherboard and has to be send to china for further repair.

In august last year, i sent the minibook to an address in germany and I received the information for further sending to china in september.
Since then, I received no new information about the status of the reparation.
In october, I asked for further information and didn’t even received an answer.

Today, nearly 5 months in reparation, i asked again about the status of the device. I had the device for only 3 months til it was defective, so it is now longer in reparation than it was in use.

What can I do to get information from the chuwi support? When do I get my device back?

I was so happy with the device, such a great small and powerful device which met my needs entirely, but the quality and the customer support is such a bad experience.
