Minibook X N100 Stuck at chuwi repairs for the second time

Hello there,

As you are the only person responding from this company, is there any way to contact the repair center other than smoke signals?
The laptop I had purchased in December 2023 developed a major RAM issue causing extreme instability (crashing left right and center) in the first ~30ish days of use, I sent it to chuwi with full documentation of the issue and steps to reproduce it, 4 months later I received it back in the same unrepaired state.

Then I sent it back in July 2024 with even more documentations and a flash drive with bootable memtest86 and I still have absolutely no response.

The first time it went on a global trip was the “ticket #11710”, the second time they don’t write the ticket number idk.

Also I want to share the only message I have received since July from Chuwi to laugh / cry together (includes also the tracking number that I sent it to German repair):

Tracking result: ALL-IN-ONE PACKAGE TRACKING | 17TRACK
Please rest assured that once we received the item in our warehouse, we will repair shortly.

Message date: 13 July 2024 , last message I received.

So Mr./Mrs. can you tell me ANY way I can contact ANYONE from higher ups or repair. I know it might take multiple years in the end, but at least I want the issue fixed (aka motherboard replacement), replaced laptop, full refund.

I know you are sorry, I red many past messages from other buyers, I want a solution asap.
Don’t want to be rude, you have to understand that gathering family and friends around a firepit and throwing 330 euros is a more productive way of spending your time than dealing with all this.
