The display stopped working, the computer turns on and seems to boot the operating system regularly but the screen always stays off even in the initial stages of booting. The home screen with your CHUWI logo is also not displayed. I request repairs under warranty. Through messages with your customer service, I proceeded to send photographs and videos of the problem encountered and as you indicated for the warranty repair, I sent my laptop to the following address:

Since then, despite several emails, I have not had any information. I’m afraid that my laptop will no be repaired and returned.

I asked support to answer you. But probably is not repaired yet. Many times when you guys write us, sometimes is not that support ignores, is there is no news to tell.
The repair center is quite slow and sometimes it can take up to 2 -3-4- months to repair. They have their own time to do things. No matter we try to urge them or how many times customers write us, we are helpless also. It does not depend on us
So when the repair center repaired they will contact colleagues in support and they will contact the customers to tell you is repaired.
