FreeBook has NOT returned from service for 8+ month!

Detailed Description of the Problem

My CHUWI FreeBook 360 i3-1215U (Serial Number: ZFreeBCY6H231100251, Order ID: 3032785577486397) was sent for repair to the CHUWI European Service Center in Leverkusen, Germany on February 14, 2025, using DPD Tracking Number: 05757982221685, as instructed by support.

Here is the complete timeline:

February 14, 2025 – Laptop shipped to the service center (DPD tracking provided).
February 17, 2025 – CHUWI confirmed the device was received and that inspection/repair would begin shortly.
May 23, 2025 – After over three months without updates, I contacted support.
May 27, 2025 – I was told to continue waiting due to a high volume of repairs.
September 3, 2025 – I followed up again; no response received.
October 28, 2025 – The device has now been at the service center for over eight months, with no repair update, no return, and no estimated timeline.

Follow-up support requests do NOT get an answer – get merged or closed

  • May I ask whether it is normal for CHUWI customer support requests to go unanswered for such long periods?
  • Additionally, is it typical for repairs to take more than eight months?
