Sent laptop for repair. No updates in over a year

I sent my Chuwi Freebook in for repair to the Hong Kong service in June last year, and still do not have it back. Service has now stopped responding to my requests for updates.

Needless to say this is completely unacceptable. I have long ago had to buy a replacement laptop and am still out of pocket.

I have the same issue with Chuwi, They recived my Corebook on the 9 the of June,almost 5 month back in time. 2 day’s a go they send me an Email that it is sended to me by Fedex. WHEN i LOOK ON FEDEX SITE it is on his way to Japan and than to Vietnam. Strange story but I can wait a few day’s more. My corebook was only 8 months old when the keyboard stopt working. You should better service from Chuwi. I am living in Thailand only 3 hours from Hong Kong.
