I have a two month old notebook mini book x, purchased on Lazada from Singapore, on October 21 2024. just 2 months in and the laptop boots up but without any display. I have sent in the laptop to the Hong Kong service for warranty repair on November 26 to the below address. it is now April 4th and over 4 months yet, Chuwi only apologizes for delay due to large number of repairs at the center. I will never buy from this brand ever again.
