How long to wait for repairing?

I’ve already sent for repairing my lapbook pro on January 13th, 2020 to HK.

But I still waiting. It’s a too long time. Over the 7 months.

I attach below all of the proof documents for your reference. (order and shipping for repairing)

So I want to give me the back of my laptop or pay back my money.

And I moved to another place in Korea.

The same for me. Waiting for my Aerobook to repair for 7+ months.

I’m waiting since Feb 2020 for my Aerobook repair from Hong Kong. The chat on AliExpress has become unresponsive after 6 months of claiming quarantine issues due to covid.

I’ve been out of a laptop for almost 8 months now.

The Hong Kong covid rules are not stopping them from shipping new orders. We deserve a new laptop or a refund. This is ridiculous.
