My Laptop is lost in the service center HK?

I sent my laptop to Hongkong more than 1.5 month ago. However, they kept on saying that they will inform me when they check out the laptop. It has been over a month and not a single update or service progress at all.

My laptop is lost or they are remanufacturing whole laptop from battery to cpu? What a fantastic service…

My service ticket number is 32181.
Normally how long does it take to hear any repair update or progress from Chuwi service ?

Still there is no reply from the hongkong service center at all.

Since 9th of April, there has been no any progress yet for the laptop service from Hongkong center….
