I am writing to follow up on the status of my repaired laptop, which I sent in for repair on August 9, 2024.

On October 18th, 2024, I received confirmation that my device had been repaired and that I should provide my shipping information. I promptly responded with my complete shipping details, including:

It has now been two weeks since I provided this information, and I have not received any further updates or a tracking number for my returned laptop. This delay is extremely concerning, as I rely heavily on my laptop for work.

Previously, I expressed my frustration with the lengthy repair process and lack of communication. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but the current situation is unacceptable.

Therefore, I request the following:

Immediate shipment of my repaired laptop. Please provide me with a tracking number as soon as possible.

Hello Christos:

My colleagues did not provide information because our Repair warehouse in Germany has been on holidays for a week. They will come back today, so this week or next week they will send it, as i guess they have a lot of things acumulated.
