What really annoys me is that for the past 5 months I've been sending them messages to see what's happening, and they just don't answer me.

I sended my 8 months old laptop to Hong Kong for repair.
3 Day’s a go I get a back but a brand new one after 5 months.
I have spend some of 10 emails in 5 months and only had 3 answers.
