remove the screen and find one on Aliexpress. I made a big mistake, I sended my laptop to Chuwi. I am waiting now 4.5 months and get no answer on my Emails. the aftersales of Chuwi are criminals.
Maybe when they see on social media that Chuwi support is very poor, they'll reconsider.
