On March 14, 2025 (order no. GLB24638), I ordered the Hi10 Max Windows laptop from Chuwi’s website. After two months, the laptop no longer powers on (it wouldn’t turn on or charge). I contacted Chuwi technical support to request a solution or warranty coverage; they responded with a solution that doesn’t work at all.

If I had purchased it from Amazon, they would have replaced it already. I decided to purchase it directly from Chuwi because I thought the service would be better, but so far, I must say the support is terrible, slow, and doesn’t resolve anything. I’m afraid I can’t trust buying a product from Chuwi’s website again.
I request that the product warranty be applied as soon as possible; I need the device to work.
