5 moths without my device and still nothing

laptop N100 broke after 2 month of light use.
I sent the device back to Germany (more than 50€ for an insured package) and after that the support tell me nothing other than “your device is still under repair and will need more time to complete”.

having 1 year warranty i’m losing it over this months of repairing, and i have no idea if i will ever see the device back ever again, losing also my money.

is there anything that i can do in order to speed up the process, have another unit or directly have a refound?

Waiting for Support Since October 2023(!), send my Tablet from/to Germany in March 2024.
It’s very obvious that Chuwi doesn’t care at all.
