Very very very poor support

good evening everyone. I’m reopening this topic because I’m very disappointed. The company’s support is tragic. I got the N100 laptop 6 months ago and 5 months ago I sent it for repair to Germany and I don’t know where it is at the moment. What is the reason they didn’t answer any emails? Is it the company’s tactic? For the customer to buy and at the same time steal it? I don’t think it’s that difficult for someone to answer an email so that the customer knows what’s happening with their product. We were entrusted with a product worth 300€ and not 10€ and despite this, the company hasn’t shown any sign of life for 5 months. How can I not call them thieves? Has anyone here had any luck? What do you suggest I do?

I had the same problem, after 4 months I sen them Emails with no friendly words. After 5 months they send me a compleet new laptop. I am located in Thailand and it was send to Hong Kong. send Email to service@chuwi.com.

What I will do on my part is spam all the pages about how tragic their support is. I will say the worst so as to do them as much damage as possible. They have angered me. I could have gotten something else or gone and done this in my country. I will take legal action wherever it takes.

Try to send email to sales@chuwi.com. When I did they answer me in 48 hours Make them crazy.

I’m in the same situation, I’m from Spain and I sent my equipment in July to be repaired in Germany, in September they replied that they had to send it to China to repair the motherboard and since then no more emails. I feel cheated by the company.

Same here. Support is very unresponsive.
