I’ve sent to chuwi my laptop for repair the screen. is over six month that nobody answer to email or to any channel, how is possible that a company after 8 month instead of repairing actually stole my laptop in a “support scam”? is there a way to have back my laptop?
Considering that chuwi is in china…there is probably no way to compel them to send you your equipment back. One longshot option is to contact the credit card company you used. American express is good about helping with this type of problem. GL
