I had a problem with my laptop battery. It swelled up and pushed the touchpad out out of the laptop. It was very dangerous. Chuwi said they would send a new battery. 2 months passed and they didn’t. Then they told me to ship it to Hong Kong for repairs. It’s been more than 2 months and no one will answer my mails. I tried 3 different email addresses, Instagram DM and Facebook DM.
Has any one had this problem with repairs? I don’t know what to do. I’ve never experienced anything like this with a tech company ever.
