We contacted after sales and asked for a repair (computer is only 3 weeks old). We were directed to send money by paypal. We sent the money and now nothing. I have emailed 6 or 7 times over two weeks and no reply.
How can you do business like this?

Hi! Greetings from Spain. Did they finally answered your emails or made the reparation of your computer? They also asked me recently to send them money via Paypal in order to buy them a new battery for my Chuwi Aerobook laptop. Didn’t sound very well the money transfer. You would do me a favor if your tell me how did your experience end up. Thanks.
