One month after buying the freebook, the screen began to turn off for half a second frquently. A couple of weeks of the problem the screen did not turn on again, nor did the freebook cvarge. We wrote to Chuwi and sent the laptop to the Spanish Chuwi Service. After theee months! we got it back. After one month the problem replicated again and rhe laptop “died” again. This time the the Spanish service snt it to China…we got it back 9 minths later!!! And again, after one month the screen went off and the computer died… I have been reporting Chuwi repeatedly, but they now simply don’t answer.
Also, the laptop battery did not last more than 1’5 h even with sinple ofimatic tasks…they claim it can run for 8 h.
There is nor much doubt, this is simply a fraud!!
