Dear All,
I have problem on my Aerobook battery. Since few days ago the battery indicator is going crazy. sometimes the process indicate 90% and then after few minutes 50% and then stop working, then when I plug in the battery after 10-15 minutes going back to 100%.
I don’t know if is a Windows problem or maybe battery need to be regenerated or need to change it.
My laptop is only 1 year old and is impossible that the battery get spoiled in 1 year only. Please somebody help me to solve this matter.

It is the start of a known problem that ends with the battery being useless and only working with the charger on. Write to service@chuwi.com
