Sorry for the delay. Tech explained to me that the issue is with the programmer, not the Bios file. Some machines to repair the Bios are not able to convert the files like that.
We are unable to give a file smaller, because this product is no longer selling and would be quite hard to do it.
Maybe you can take it to a repair store and see if there they have another machine for Bios and that would work.
