After an email I sent to the company about a problem with the keyboard lighting, it turned off after 10 seconds and they told me to update the bios. They sent me the file, I did the update and after the restart it didn’t open again. I have a completely black screen and the laptop doesn’t seem to work. The blue LED turns on for a while and then turns off. How can I reset the bios? What else can I do?
I have the Freebook N100
What you are saying is that the operating system does not start or does not enter the BIOS.
What I’m saying is when I press to open it doesn’t open, it doesn’t turn on but I don’t have a picture I can’t see anything on the screen is there something I’ll send you a video

Let me start by saying that I have no image at all on the screen, it is completely turned off as if it is not receiving power. All this happened after installing the BIOS. As soon as I rebooted, I had no image again. I opened the lid, took out the battery, put it back in and the same thing happened again, I have no image at all to see what it is doing.
This link doesn’t work; I don’t have Yahoo!
Updating the BIOS is risky, so if something goes wrong, you’ll have to contact support through the Chuwi website.
Now you will need to ask help from a repair place, in order to repair the BIOS because probably is bricked.
Write to service@chuwi.com and tell them.Maybe there is another way
