Brightness problem [CoreBook X i5-1235U] (solved)

Hello,

I have a problem with the screen brightness, using the FN+F6 or FN+F7 keys to adjust the brightness the keys respond with a delay.
All the other keys work perfectly, except adjusting the brightness, raising or lowering the brightness is very slow.
Is there any solution? I have checked with windows update and the drivers are updated.

My laptop is the Chuwi CoreBook X i5-1235U with 16gb DDR5

Give me your serial number so i can ask tech

Yes, of course, this is my serial number: JCorBXIW4H220400170

I just fix the problem, I only need enable “change brightness depending on content”, now I can change brightness without delay.

I see this bios in another post. Can I use this bios in my laptop too? I want to update the bios if it is possible. Thanks

that is not the Bios, that is a patch in order to solve the problem of noise that users were having when changing the brightness, that you do not have(or you said)
If your computer seems to be working fine, do not do anything. Sometimes is better to leave like that…

Perfect, friend I not do anything in my bios, thank you

Having the same issue with my Corebook XPro, I can’t adjust the brightness. Please help. Thank you!

I asked and we do not have a patch for that in Corebook Xpro

May I know what would be the issue regarding my Brightness Control? Thank you!
