I would like to understand why since the 27th of March I can no longer send an email to support@chuwi.com after we had exchanged different correspondence previously between my email address and their email address, my emails sent to support@chuwi.com always came back and the system said that “the address appears to be nonexistent or cannot receive mail” … the response from the remote server is: 553 “RCPT TO” mailbox unavailable.
