When you buy a device and it doesn’t work as it should the first time you use it, there’s only one solution: return it.
I bought it from Amazon.
It seems a bit better with the latest windows updates. It may just be i’ve not used such a low res screen for years.
Make sure you have entered the serial number exactly as shown, without spaces. If it still doesn’t work, try a different browser or contact the brand’s support directly. For the display issue, updating or reinstalling the drivers is a good first step.
