Hi10Max - Intel N100 - Touch Screen with touch and pen

ISSUE: Top 1/4 of touch input is very Glitchy with finger input & pen and steps between 4x 1cm lines of touch in all programs.
Could this be a touch screen driver issue or configuration problem?
Where can i download the touchscreen driver or all of the Hi10Max drivers?
I really like the design of this product and do not want to return it but this issue is critical for use of the tablet.

If not just return the tablet before 14 days passed. Will be better

Thank you very much for replying i have tried installing the drivers but make no difference and touch on the top part of the display is still broken.
