I recently got my Chuwi CoreBook X, and I am encountering two issues that I need assistance with:

  1. Keyboard Backlight Issue:
    The keyboard backlight automatically turns off, and I am unable to keep it on permanently. Could you please provide an update or guide me on how to resolve this issue? If there are any driver updates or specific settings that need to be adjusted, kindly share the necessary steps or provide a download link.

  2. Wi-Fi Connectivity Issue:
    I am experiencing difficulty with the Wi-Fi connection. The Wi-Fi does not work or allow browsing unless I am sitting directly in front of my home Wi-Fi router. This issue seems to occur when I move away from the router. Please help me troubleshoot this problem and suggest possible solutions or provide relevant driver updates.

As i answered you in another thread.
We are waiting to see if possible make the patch for the back light, but it will take long time in case is possible.
And the Wifi, did you try to check if it happens also in other houses, or when you go outside and connect in public places? because we have checked in the office and it seems fine

Thank you for your response. Regarding the Wi-Fi issue, I haven’t had the chance to test it in a different house or public Wi-Fi location yet. I’ll try that as soon as possible to see if the problem persists. As for the keyboard backlight, I’m okay with waiting for the patch. Let me know if there are any updates in the meantime.
