Suddenly my keyboard backlight chuwi minibook x not working and doesn’t want to turn on
i pressed fn+f5 many times but seems something broken inside
Caps lock light still working when i press caps lock button
any idea what should i do to make it work again?
or give me advice what part should i fix/check/replace with link of seller who sell the part

I’m Experiencing the same problem, capslock still on but back light isn’t. i’ve tried the same as video shown above. mine has an additional problem “My Track pad” doesn’t work as well.
dear moderator would mind to answer this?, really-really need some resolve for this issue.
