Chuwi corebook X CWI 529 doesn't boot and I can't install windows

Model Corebook X i5-8259U, serial no Cbook XQ512G21061850. Bought on aliexpress 29.01.2022. Some days ago it failed to boot - constantly reloaded. It could boot only in safety mode. All the restoration procedures didn’t help so I decided to reinstall Windows but during installation it freezed any time. I decided to change ssd but the problem didn’t solved. On new ssd I couldn’t install Windows. After coping files and restart installation process didn’t finish. I’ve got error: “the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error…”. What is the problem? May be I need special windows 10 version?

Загрузился только в безопасном режиме. Все процедуры восстановления не помогли, поэтому я решил переустановить Windows, но во время установки он все время зависал. Я решил поменять ssd, но проблема не решена. На новом ssd я не смог установить Windows. После копирования файлов Windows и перезагрузки процесс установки не завершается нормально. Компьютер уходит в постоянную перезагрузку и возникает ошибка: “the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error”. В чем проблема? Может быть, мне нужна специальная версия Windows 10?

So here is update of the problem, may be it will help to somebody. Problem was hardware and was partly solved by disabling “intel turbo mode” in BIOS, in “Power management”. One good man gave me such advice. It seems that CPU degradated an can’t work in turbo mode. But another problem appeared. After reinstalling windows I realized that I have no battery any more. Battery charge indicator always shows 54%. And after I disconnect power adapter - laptop powers off immediately and bios resets too. As I understand there’s no separate battery for CMOS and it powers from main battery. I need to note that this the second battery that has died since 2022.

The symptoms you indicate make me think of a RAM memory problem, which is failing. This RAM memory will be soldered to the motherboard so you will need the help of a specialized technician to check or replace it.

I thought the same so I did memtest and memtest didn’t show any errors. But as the problem appears only when processor works in tubo mode during bootload so it can be processor or memory problem.
