Hello. I bought a chuwi hi 10 x with stylus H7 this summer. It worked fine until around autumn when it started to act up. The stylus stops working for some time and it bothers me a lot since I use the tablet mainly for taking notes at school. The batter is not a problem since I recently changed it to an expensive one. The pen keeps on dying(or disconnecting) and sometimes comes back after pressing the buttons.
I wonder if anyone had a similar issue and if you could help me in any way. Thank you!!
Have you tried a new tip ?
yes, I did. the tip is not an issue since the whole pen stops working altogether and I have to unscrew the cap and remove the battery to reset it
