Chuwi Hi10 XPro keeps restarting/sudden turn off

My tablet Chuwi Hi10 XPro is restarting, it freezes them suddenly it restarting. I can still use it but when it freezes the tablet suddenly will shut down and start.

Plss I need help, I will use this for online classes. I’m worried it will turn off suddenly while in class. Also this tablet arrived today, and after awhile of using this happen.

In this case as the tablet arrived today, it is better you send it back. Contact the store where you bought it. And they can replace for a new one. Just in case there is a problem with hardware. Because if i give you the files to reinstall the system and later still not solved, the 14 days for warranty would have passed.
